"I happened to wander back of Gotcha Covered's main window at a Albany River Rhythms one night. A woman from within the Gotcha Covered mobile building approached me from the open side door asking if she could help me. I said I was interested in their BBQ sauce. She not only offered me a taste of an item, she offered me a taste of all FOUR items. How could I refuse?
What I found was not only good sauce, I dare say it was the BEST BBQ SAUCE I've EVER tasted (and I've been working on making a great BBQ sauce of my own for about a year now). What I've always found, with chain stores like Busters, is that the sauce is UNmemorable from the get-go; what I found with Gotcha Covered is a sauce I cannot forgetin the best sense of the word.
Wow. I need my socks knocked off once in a while, and this wasn't die to "hotness" or "spiciness," It was solely due to flavor. WOW. TREMENDOUS."

"We've fallen in love with Gotch Covered Catering!! My mother and I had been looking for a reasonable priced caterer for my wedding. She happened upon the website by luck (she was looking from Sacramento). We tasted the food at their River Rythyms Booth and it was immediate love at first taste. Everything we tried was fabulous. Before our wedding my husband and I tried many of their other dishes at various events and again they were wonderful. Once we see the Gotcha Covered Catering sign, the competition hasn't got a prayer. At our wedding everyone raved about the chicken and the Bo Mack sauce. They are still talking about the Bo Mack sauce two months later!! Everyone in the Knebel family is so kind and sweet, they treat you like family!! So next time you see them at an event, order whatever is on the menu (with Bo Mack sauce) and enjoy!!"
